I will be comparing the SiliconEdge against the recently reviewed OCZ Solid 2 Solid State Drive 60GB using the same system configuration. The only difference is that I have since added a USB 3.0 adapter card to the test system.
Both drives were tested as the operating system drive running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It's my belief that most users buy solid state drives to run as operating system drives so I evaluate SSDs the same way.
Let's move ahead and check out the benchmark results.
