As we see from the 9's specifications, it utilizes a copper base and fin design, much like the 7. However it weighs in at nearly 100 grams less, primarily due to the heatpipe design, which doesn't require the fins to extend all the way into the center, and reduces the mass of the base.



It's hard to fall in love with a box, but Zalman's packaging comes about as close as possible.



The flipside depicts some of the cooler's features, and Zalman did something naughty here. They provided a peep hole for buyers to ogle over the pure sexiness of that polished copper base. More on that later.



Peeling away the cardboard shell we find Zalman packed this product with all kinds of goodies, as usual.
