Introduction

As luck would have it, today I have the opportunity to review another quality Zalman cooling product. In this case it's their new video card cooler, the VF900-Cu. If you're thinking that model name sounds familiar, well you wouldn't be too far off the mark. Following on the heels of their successful VF700-Cu, Zalman introduces the leaner, meaner sibling of the family, the "9".

With more fin density and now 2 full circumference heatpipes, the 9 expands upon an already good design, and still maintains a low profile without resorting to taking up space on both sides of the card. Just one look at this cooler and you know Zalman has done their homework.

Now the only question is, will it pass the test? Let's take a closer look.
