First Look

Here we have the usual quick start guide and PSU guide that you'll find bundled with most units. The solid looking white section is an accessory box and under the white Styrofoam is the power supply itself.

These are the basic accessories, and as you'll see coming up, all of the cables come attached to the power supply; there is no extra bag for storing spare cables. Here we have four Zip-ties, four Velcro straps, four silver thumbscrews and four black Philips screws. It's rather standard on many PSUs to come with screws and some Zip-ties but the thumbscrews & Velcro are nice additions to the package. We also see a standard US power cable for a PSU with a silicon gel packet.

As mentioned earlier, all of the cables are pre-bundled together on the unit. This strikes up a con with me, because they do not give you a bag like Enermax or Corsair does to store the extra modular cables in. Not a huge con, but it sure seems odd considering we get free Velcro and thumbscrews.

I have to say as well, sleeving not going from end to end on the cables is rather discouraging. I do not like the way that looks and I'm pretty sure no one does. Also, as you can see in the pictures this unit has some absurd lengths for the Molex, Floppy, & SATA cables. This is really more personal, however, as those with large tower cases will appreciate the extra cable length. Speaking of cables, let's move ahead and take a closer look at them.
