The team over at mStation realized early on that the iPod would be "the" music device of our generation. They set their sights on designing a stereo sound system to use in conjunction with the iPod. mStation wanted something designed with sleek, clean lines to compliment the look and feel of the iPod, but also wanted to offer compatibility with other MP3/CD players and desktop computers. Oh, and they also wanted it to sound good! This product ultimately became a reality, the 2.1 Stereo Orb, which we will be taking a look at here today.


The 2.1 Stereo Orb arrived in the relatively plain retail package that you see above. The front of the package shows the mStation logo and product name, while the two sides show the Orb itself. Around back, we find a few paragraphs detailing the Orb's features... all of this with a convenient carrying handle on top. Strangely enough, the specifications list is on the bottom of the box. Not listed here is the fact that the Orb is available in seven different colors: white, black, blue, green, pink, red and silver. This wide color array should certainly match any room, office and even your iPod.
