The power supply we have for review today is the Strider Plus 600W. Appearing very similar to its 750W sibling, this unit has identical 150mm x 160mm x 86mm dimensions, the same silent 135mm fan, modular cabling, single +12V rail design and offers many of the same protection features such as over-current, over-power, over/under-voltage and short-circuit. Although not quite as efficient, carrying an 80Plus Bronze certification rather than the 750W's Silver, and of course offering less amps on the +12V line, the 600W is still capable of supporting dual-GPU configurations and meets the latest ATX and EPS standards.
The SilverStone Strider Plus 600W arrives in an attractive retail box that is identical to the 750W other than model number and specifications. In addition to being enclosed in bubble wrap, the power supply is cushioned and held solidly in place by formed, soft foam. A user manual and installation guide detail the specifications of the ST60F-P and offer tips on using the modular cabling.
