SilverStone Technology Inc. has only been doing business in the USA since 2003. In that relatively short amount of time they have expanded their product line to include computer cases, power supplies, processor and liquid cooling systems, external storage and audio devices, fans and other related case accessories. Their power supplies were one of the first to receive nVidia SLI certification and the company has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for quality and customer service.


Today we have one of their latest case designs available for review, the Kublai KL02 mid-tower. The KL02 is an aluminum and steel construction chassis available either with or without a side window. The version we have received uses a perforated mesh panel instead of the window. Color choice for the case is black only and the power supply is not included. Among the noted features are lots of vents for good cooling, hot-swap hard drive enclosure and a fine balance between performance and price.
