After removing the four screws from the end cover, the entire drive tray slides out of the casing. All of the electronics are housed at one end and the hard drive simply slides into the combination SATA/power connector. There are no cables to mess with. Then just flip the drive over and use the included screws to secure it to the tray. Installation is the opposite of removal, slide the tray back into the case and secure with the four screws.
