I found the ReaperX's flexibility quite satisfactory, attaining a rock solid 4-4-4-13 DDR2-800 at 1.9v, and 5-5-5-15 at 1.8v. It also overclocked beyond my expectations, to DDR2-1059. Though OCZ has no problem with running the memory at 2.2v, upping the voltage to that yielded no better results than the stock 2.1, meaning less heat, which is fine with me.
And speaking of heat, the fins seemed to work well. Every time I touched the modules, the fins seemed warmer than the heatspreader.
Perhaps the most impressive thing of all, this kit sells for $146 USD at a popular online retailer. It seems that DDR2 will be around for a while yet, so when you finally decide to make the jump to 4 gigs, the ReaperX may be what you are looking for. If you need higher performance, OCZ also makes the ReaperX in DDR2-1000.
Pros:
Great Looks
Flexible enough to be used with standard DDR2 voltage of 1.8v
Overclock over 32% to DDR2-1059 at stock voltage
Cons:
None that I could see
And the OCZ ReaperX PC2-6400 4 gig kit earns the OCIA.net Seal of Approval.
