Introduction

Raidmax has been making pre-modified computer cases since the beginning. Their Scorpio case hit the market just when flashy rigs were coming into style, and is still arguably one of the most easily recognized cases at a LAN. It's no wonder, then, why they're still pumping out colorful chassis and have expanded not only into other case markets, but also into power supplies and CPU coolers.

Today's review sample is the Aztec ATX case, Raidmax' latest attempt to please the gaming market with their “Elite” line of cases. With various options for cooling, some intense LED lights and a removable motherboard tray, this monster of a case looks like a promising product.

The Aztec arrived in a very intimidating box, choc full of pictures, diagrams, and features. It appears that the front panel comes in three different styling choices: silver, black, and a combination; Raidmax chose to send us over the Aztec-B model. There are also four front-panel colors available: yellow, orange, silver, and blue. Full specs, borrowed from Raidmax' website, are below:
