The Pulsar SX headset is constructed of mostly black plastic and leather. The audio cable extends from the left earmuff, which is also where the microphone jack is located. The center of each earmuff is slotted and allows for the colored LEDs to shine through. When activated, the lights change color according to the intensity of the vibration setting. Blue means minimal, green means moderate and red means intense.
The headset has plenty of comfortable leather in all the right places. The inside of the headband is fully covered and padded with this soft leather. The reverse side has the TekNmotion name embossed which looks really nice. The same soft leather is also present on the inside of the earmuffs.
Each earmuff is adjustable and can tilt up and down as well as swivel from side to side. The headband is also adjustable and can accommodate most any size head. Here we also see the microphone attached.
