The PS07 is Silverstone's first micro-ATX case in the Precision series. At only 14½" tall and 15½" deep, by just over 8" wide, the PS07 features two external 5¼" bays and no dedicated 3½". Power and reset buttons adorn the left front panel, along with blue power and hdd activity lights. Two USB 3.0 ports and standard headphone/microphone audio jacks complete the array. With its primarily steel chassis and plastic and aluminum accents, the PS07 weighs in at a paltry 11 pounds.
The rear displays a top-mounted standard ATX power supply opening, coupled with a bottom vent sized for a 120mm fan, not included. Four riser slots relegate this case to no larger than micro-ATX sized motherboards. An offset grilled opening on the top panel, along with magnet-mounted mesh filter, allows fresh intake for most standard single-fan power supplies used today.
The bottom of the PS07 offers no venting whatsoever, although there are screw holes provided for the CPU cooler support bracket and 2½" drive mount inside. The lower front panel opens to reveal dual 120mm intake fans complete with removable mesh filter. These fans are rated at a very quiet 18dBA.
Next let's have a look at the interior.
