Installation

To test ease of installation, I will be dropping my AM3 rig into the Gamma including an Asus M4AT79T Deluxe paired with an AMD Phenom II 955 Black Edition and 4gb of OCZ DDR3 1600. To top it off I will include a HIS HD5770 and the Thermaltake Toughpower XT 750w PSU to power it all. Cooling the CPU is the massive Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme. If it fits in the Gamma, you can be confident that any cooler on the market will without issue.

The case has a bottom-mounted PSU configuration with built-in rubber grommets at the base to help reduce any transfer of noise from the power supply to the case. PSU and motherboard mounting was a snap, although I can see organization problems for a non-modular PSU. After installing the motherboard, a quick test shows that the Tuniq Tower does indeed fit with no problem, and due to the muti-position mounting holes on the side panel you could still mount a 120mm fan to assist intake.

Installation of the hard drives was a snap due to the tool-less configuration. The HD 5770 had plenty of room, and after a quick measurement, I found that even the 12" 5970 should be able to cram into this compact case.
