When it comes to cooling, the Duet offers better than average capacity, although only the rear exhaust fans are included. I would plan on adding at least one 120mm fan unless you are using components that don't generate a lot of heat. Also if you're using a large CPU heatsink make sure it will fit inside the case and you may want to consider cutting a hole in the top panel above the socket. Other than that you'll generally want to take care as to what order you install components so as not to "paint yourself into a corner" so to speak, making it more difficult or impossible to connect or run wiring without taking something else back out.
Cost-wise the Duet is priced very reasonable compared to other home theater cases, right around $80. This puts it in the same ballpark as other inexpensive mid-tower cases. The design is unique, allowing use of full size components and most especially a full size power supply, critical for using high-end video hardware. This also helps to keep the end user cost down since a special, mini-ATX or proprietary power supply is not required. If you're in the market for a versatile media center case we definitely recommend taking a good look at the NZXT Duet.
