Installation / Use

When plugged in, blue LEDs light up along both top edges of the Avatar where the gap between the left/right buttons and mouse body exist. Additionally there is the three-LED meter to indicate the current DPI setting. This gives the Avatar a cool blue glow effect that looks great in low-light conditions.

The software installs easily and places an icon on the taskbar that starts and runs with Windows. This allows quick access to the configuration panel for button configuration, sensitivity settings and custom macro entry. Up to five different profiles can be saved, so if you have more than one user in the house or wish to save different settings for different applications, this makes it handy to switch back and forth without having to readjust everything manually.
