Setup

Insulating foam surrounds the waterblock and TEC pad.

The MCW60-T is an attractive unit, and about the thickest VGA waterblock I've seen, which is of course to be expected with the TEC pad.

Plenty of foam insulation for the MCW60-T, even for the back side of the card.

The contact surface is expectedly exactly like the MCW60 I have. Nothing to complain about here, Swiftech quality.

Carefully pulling back the foam insulation, we can get a peek at the TEC pad sandwiched between the waterblock and the coldplate.

This piece of insulation between the waterblock and the backplate is our board gasket. During installation we'll pop the middle out of this piece and use it for the surrounding of the cards GPU area (seen soon).

The board gasket and the backplate's gasket are glued on one side and covered with wax paper to remove before installation.

Let's look at the accessories and start the installation...
