The cooler arrives packaged snugly in a box that while subdued was very to the point and displayed the product well. There were two foam end-caps that prevented the cooler from moving around while shipping and a bag that kept it clean. I thought the USB cable that was supposed to come with it was missing till I actually looked at the paperwork that came with it. Right on top was a big note stating that the cable was contained within the small storage bay on the rear of the cooler.

I usually have a collection of USB cables in my laptop bag of different types. Yet, I found it very convenient to have exactly the one I need stored right with the cooler. Smart design there.
