With these two dilemmas at hand, I quickly thought back to an email I had received a few months earlier regarding Mophie's new Juice Pack Air for the iPhone 3G. If you are unaware, the Juice Pack Air is a rechargeable external battery concealed inside of a protective form-fitting case for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.
At the time, I was still using the original iPhone and thus had to decline the opportunity to review this case / mobile battery pack. But now with the new 3GS in hand, the Juice Pack Air could seemingly solve two problems in one. I got back in touch with Mophie and less than a week later, the Juice Pack Air arrived at my door.
The Juice Pack Air arrived in the black retail hanging package that you see above. There is a large photo of an iPhone 3G using the case on the front and some detailed specifications on the rear. Below is a complete list of specs borrowed from Mophie's website.
The times listed above are in addition to the iPhone's internal battery. Continue ahead as we take a closer look at the Juice Pack Air.
