There are four small screws on the underside of the Icy Box that need to be removed to get inside the device. You will need a very small screwdriver here.

Once inside, you can see that there really isn't much room inside the enclosure; just enough to hold a 2.5" hard drive.



I will be using a 160 GB Western Digital SATA drive in the Icy Box. The drive is very easy to install. Simply slide it down into place and push it back to ensure a solid connection at the rear. Now, replace the Icy Box's back cover and secure it back with the four screws.
