Most gamers invest the majority of their hard-earned money into the latest and greatest video card(s), and rightfully so. It all begins with what you see on the monitor. Next on the gamer's checklist is a high performance keyboard and mouse. You are only as good as your weakest link, and if you can't get your thoughts and movements into the game fast and accurately, you're toast.

A lot of people call it quits here and start fragging, which is a real shame. There is another piece to the puzzle that many gamers totally overlook and skimp on: audio.
