The Futura works great for both applications, and definitely adds comfort to each. It would be nice if everything was this simple. I should note that LapWorks says to NEVER suspend the Futura between two surfaces, as that can break the hinges. Makes sense to me.

The LapWorks Futura is definitely a winner. It's light, folds into a compact package, and does its job well, adding comfort and safety to you and longevity to your notebook. It is nearly indestructible and should last you a long time. It should fit into your notebook carrying case and will actually absorb shocks from outside.
