Input devices are arguably the most important pieces of hardware you buy for your PC. A $5,000 computer is only as good as its peripherals, and by the same token, a good keyboard and mouse can make a budget rig feel like a million bucks. I have recently become a collector and connoisseur of the finer input devices such as mechanical keyboards. When asked to review a new mouse from Cooler Master, I jumped at the chance to put this device through the paces.


Right off the bat I was skeptical and curious about this offering from Cooler Master. When I think of Cooler Master, I think of cases, coolers, and fans. A quick check with Google let me know that this was not the first mouse from the company, but indeed was the first professional-grade gaming mouse from them. With over two years invested in testing and research, the Cooler Master Storm Sentinel Advance was not made on a whim, and it looks like the patience in design may pay off big.
