A little over a year ago I reviewed the Cooler Master HAF 932 full tower case, and awarded it the OCIA.net Seal of Approval for its rugged good looks, great features and reasonable price. Cooler Master cases are always top quality and the HAF 932 is no exception, the only downside to this full tower steel case being the weight. Also, compared with some of their higher-end models like the Cosmos, the HAF 932 may seem a bit plain in aesthetics, being mostly just black upon more black. If any future owners out there happen to be looking for some alternative to spruce up your HAF 932, Cooler Master may have just what you're looking for in the AMD Limited Edition HAF 932.


Built upon the same platform as the HAF 932, the AMD Limited Edition case shares the same dimensions and weight as the original, roughly 22 by 22 inches tall and long, by almost 10 inches wide, and tipping the scales at a hair under 30 pounds. Most of the exterior panels are of the same manufacture but with a different color scheme, however the interior design is practically identical. The AMD LE offers the same six external 5¼" drive bays and six internal 3½" drive bays, with one bay shared between the two through use of an adapter. Dual 230mm fans in the front and top with a single 140mm exhaust out the back keep the high volume of air moving. The only functional difference between the original HAF 932 and this AMD edition is the use of a full length window in lieu of a side panel fan.
