The Cooler Master GX 750W is a solid, all business power supply. Performance is right where it should be, posting solid numbers across the board. Even at heavy load, plenty of power is always available on the 60A 12V line.
In typical Cooler Master fashion, the GX 750W runs silent and smooth. The unit was consistently inaudible next to the rest of my hardware. The GX 750W also sports 80 Plus certification, efficiency that Cooler Master strives to put in all of their products.
Cabling on the GX 750W is also top-notch. Power supply manufacturers tend to make seriously bad decisions with their connectors, but Cooler Master steered clear of such illogical design. There are no useless cables and connectors are as versatile as possible. The only negative comment here is that there are just three Molex connectors.
The GX 750W is a no-frills product; there is nothing outstanding or unusual about this product. The bundle is barebones and the finish is low key.
While there is nothing shiny or fancy about the GX 750W, it has everything a good PSU needs: performance on a single 12V line and intelligent, effective cooling. For its solid performance and solid design, the Cooler Master GX 750W earns the OCIA.net Gold Seal of Approval.
