We review quite a few cases here at OCIA.net, but it's been a few months since our last one from Apevia. It's always exciting to see what new chassis designs they come up with. One common factor among them all is the ability of Apevia to produce a quality, stylish case at a very good price. Today we have a new mid-tower to take a look at, dubbed the X-Sniper.


Apevia's website shows no less than five different color choices for the X-Sniper: black, blue, green, red and aluminum. Although the site lists only a G version with window, judging by the shipping container it appears they may soon offer an S type with solid side panel and larger fan.


The X-Sniper is packaged in the typical manner, with hard Styrofoam caps on top and bottom, and the case set in the box with the rear facing down. Like many of their other designs, the X-Sniper is constructed primarily of SECC steel with a front panel aluminum trim piece, anodized green on this particular one.
