Conclusion

Well, what can I say? This thing does what it's supposed to. At a MSRP of $29 USD, it really gives its bang for its buck. ATi's software might think that 93oC isn't very hot, but I certainly do.

Though it is lacking in installation instructions and is a little too wide for my case, nothing suffers noticeably from the loss of the exhaust fan and now the card actually fits on my motherboard. As a silent-and I mean silent: no fans, ifs, ands, or buts-alternative to the stock cooler, it performs well. Though I included the temperatures that the stock cooler provided at 100% fan speed, no one would ever run that unless they were LAN-ing with people they absolutely hate; it's just way too loud. Considering the performance and installation of the stock cooler, I would hope anyone with this card would go out and get an aftermarket cooler. And when you do, I'd recommend this one for your list. For just under $30 US, it's budget friendly and gives you what you need.

Pros
+ Performance
+ Now fits the case
+ Price
+ Noise (or, lack-there-of)

Cons
- RAM-sinks
