Cases

Zalman had a couple of cases on display that I found interesting. Their budget model, the Z9 Plus is a mid-tower offering which comes with a built-in temperature sensor and a fan controller. The demo on hand was powered by the recently reviewed ZM850-HP Plus PSU. This chassis features a solid black interior with support for up to seven fans.

The rest of the pictures are of the GS1200, Zalmanís full tower offering. This case features USB3.0 support, a top mounted hot-swap bay and fans that fold out to provide access to the drive bays. The literature points out that the interior is 350mm wide for convenient installation. It was certainly an attractive looking case.

The temperature module seen in the above photos is sold separately. More on this module in just a bit.
