The Tech Zone party was held in the MGM Grand Sky Loft suites. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. at which point we checked in and were escorted to the party.
Bigfoot Networks was on hand showing off their Killer NIC.
The Bigfoot crew had a custom-designed case on display running F.E.A.R. We spoke with the Bigfoot rep for a bit and also picked up some really nice goodies, including a full copy of F.E.A.R. and Killer NIC necklaces (a blingin' Killer NIC heatsink on a chain - genius marketing technique!)
OCZ Technology also made an appearance at the party but did not have any hardware on hand to display. OCZ has their products on display at the Bellagio and we will be bringing you that coverage soon.
From left to right, Striker777, XPTB, myself, Jessica Luken (OCZ Marketing Communications) and Alex Mei (VP of Marketing & Communications).
The host of the party and owner of The Tech Zone, John "Moto" Chow, can be seen in the blue shirt above.
As you can see, XPTB has a certain way with the ladies (notice the Killer NIC bling: I'm sure that had something to do with it lol).
All in all, The Tech Zone hosted a great party. Free food and drinks, an awesome suite with a great view... oh and did I mention that the butler was one hell of a magician? Next stop OCZ/Shuttle Overclockerfest...
