Intro

Mountain Mods made their "ascension in computer cases and modifications" back in 2003 and have since released a flurry of fully customizable cases to the market. If you are already familiar with Mountain Mods, odds are it is because of their U2-UFO line of "cube" cases. There are currently five different models of "UFO" cases, each with its own unique characteristics and features. With accommodations for triple 120mm radiators and multiple power supplies, these cases are built with watercooling in mind. Watercooling is not a requirement, however. You can still get plenty of functionality from a U2-UFO with simple air cooling. We will be doing just that today, as we take a look at the Duality, one of the newer U2-UFO cases designed to house two full size ATX systems and nearly anything else you can throw at it.

"If I accept the sunshine and warmth, then I must also accept the thunder and lightning."
- Mountain Mods U2-UFO DUALITY

As you can see, this case is an absolute monster! You would expect something of this size to weigh a ton, but thanks to the aluminum construction, the total weight is only 15 lbs. A total of 12 fan mounts ensure that your components will be kept nice and chilly. Six drive bays should be plenty for most users, and the ability to hold 18 hard drives will give you more than enough room to hold all of your pr0n, err... documents.

Move ahead as we take a closer look at the exterior of the Duality...
